Dennis Pousak

Dennis has over thirty years of experience as a business lawyer and business immigration lawyer. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions; commercial contracts; nondisclosure agreements; mediation; and working with foreign-based clientele. Dennis also has extensive experience preparing the following types of visa applications – L1A/L1B; H-1B; TN; E1/E2; and EB1/EB2 and EB3, preparing responses to requests for evidence and developing corporate immigration strategies.
Dennis received his law degree and MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit (now the University of Detroit Mercy.) He received his bachelor’s degree in business (Materials Logistics Management) from Michigan State University.

Immigration
- Helped a manufacturing firm relocate its operations to the U.S. after one of its foreign facilities burned down by successfully petitioning for approximately 100 engineering personnel to obtain visas to work in the U.S. during the pandemic. This was accomplished at approximately one-half the cost of what a national firm would have charged.
- Helped an automobile supplier launch its operations by successfully petitioning for approximately 50 engineering personnel and executives for visas to work in the U.S. This was accomplished at approximately one-half the cost of what a national firm would have charged.
- Successfully prepared/processed approximately:
- 1,000 L-1A/B applications (including blanket applications);
- 300 H-1B applications;
- 200 TN applications (primarily scientific technicians/technologists);
- 100 EB1/EB2/EB3 permanent resident applications; and
